Exchange & Refund Policy

I) Goods sold are strictly non-refundable.

II) All items are checked before mailing. An exchange will only be entertained if the item is found to have a genuine defect. Exchanges will only be for identical items to avoid any abuse of J’adore Couture’s Exchange Policy.  

III) In an event that the item to be exchanged is out of stock, you may select a different item of either the same price or higher. A top-up is required if the selected item is of a higher price. Should you opt for a lower priced item, please note that there will be no refund of excesses.

IV) Any exchange will be done via mail. Upon receipt of the defective item from you, J’adore Couture will mail the new/replacement item to you via normal mail.
